The combination concert, held for its third year by Elizabeth D’Acquisto, owner of Salone styling salon, will feature live music by Five Card Stud, a performance by the Repairers of the Breach choir, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction.
“Our previous ‘Rebuilding Dreams’ events have proven to be popular and purposeful,” D’Acquisto said in a press release about the two previous programs that raised more than $50,000 for Milwaukee’s only daytime homeless shelter. “People have enjoyed the music, food and festivities. And at the end of the event we have made a difference in improving the lives, health and hopes of the homeless men, women and children in the area.”
Tickets are $60, and can be purchased at Salone, 925 E. Ogden Ave. and the Repairers of the Breach administrative offices, 2819 W. Highland Ave.; or by phone at (414) 291-6161. That is also the number to call in order to donate silent auction items.
